Category Home ImprovementWell, it looks like the three or four of you who have stopped by (or continue to) will have to wait a little longer for that bump in speed. My humble Covad man was quite surprised when he found that Verizon didn't do such a hot job of bringing my new 768K DSL line down from that rickety ol' phone pole that runs across my new back yard. I should have known that getting DSL in eight days or less is still a pipe dream. C'est la vie. Good thing I didn't decide to move the entire contents of the GCS Ashburn Data Center out to the new joint under the cover of night.
